What is a mentor?
Mentorship is to receive help, from one person to another making significant transitions in knowledge, work or thinking.
How could a mentor help you?
Having a mentor can be one of the most powerful developmental relationships a person will ever experience. Mentoring can help anybody, who has a change/development to make in his or her life, whoever or wherever they are.
Mentoring taps a basic instinct most people share – the desire to pass on their learning, to help other people develop and fulfil their potential.
A mentor will help you to:
- Achieve a goal
- Benefit from their experiences
- Develop personally and professionally
- Gain exposure to fresh perspectives
The Elevate Mentorship Scheme
Our scheme is timebound and has a clear roadmap for all participants to follow. We assess suitability for the scheme by way of a survey and a scorecard system. Applications are accepted year-round, though scheme semesters commence in November, February, May and October.
